    Shipping Charges

    Order Tracking

    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking details to become active.

    Incorrect Shipping Information

    Damaged Packages

    If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged package and product. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
