Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times are:

Within India: 3–7 business days
International Orders: 7–21 business days (depending on the destination country and customs clearance)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, courier delays, customs inspections, or remote delivery locations.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the weight of your order. Any applicable shipping fee will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking details to become active.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country's customs authorities. These charges are not included in the product or shipping cost.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged package and product. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
